Then baby #1 came, Justis. Followed by, Syncere, Annor, Sir-Majesti, and Pashion. Whew, life comes at you fast. Maintaining a family of 2 hungry adults and 5 children was more than I ever imagined. I knew I needed to find a way to infuse my passion into my art of motherhood. But how?! Imagination thats how, and what better way than pretending to be a chef when you realize that you're shelling out at least 20 meals on an average day. I would like to think that children are the toughest critics in the world. Now after ten years of training, I've compiled some of the yummiest recipes to make any family happy. I am The Ultimate Mommie Chef! Honored meal after meal, and snack after snack, I have thousands of gold star meals under my belt. I want to help you make eating faster, and easier, by sharing my easy to make guided family recipes with you. Here you will find delicious recipes, and dinner ideas, as well as holidays combinations sure to make you the talk any season.

The Mommie Chefs Banana Pudding IceCream
*recipe requires blender
Blue Bunny Homemade Vanilla Ice cream 48oz.
Nilla Wafers 1 box
Marie Calendar's Mini Banana Cream pie (2)
Extra Creamy Whipped Cream
Step 1: pour 1/2 of Nilla Wafers into the blender and blend until fine, but not a powder. Set aside.
Step 2: pour 1/2 of the remaining wafers from the box into the blender. This will leave you with 1/4 of the box left. Blend until crumbled, not too fine, maybe 15 seconds. You want these be crunchier. remove from blender. You can add these crumbles to the finer ones you've set aside.
Step 3: Take the two Mini Banana Cream pies and put them in the blender. blend for 1 minute until well blended.
Step 4: Add the ice cream to your blender and 1/2 of crumble mix. Mix for about 3 minutes (time may vary) until a smooth soft serve consistency is seen. Add the remaining crumble and blend for about 45 seconds.
Step 5: Add 3 scoops of whipped cream, or about 1/3 cup and blend again for about 45 seconds.
Step 6: Remove ice cream from blender with the new consistency it should all fit back into the Ice cream container. now place the remaining whole cookies inside the ice cream in varies places, they'll make treats in your scoops, yummy!
Step 7: Place lid on container and put your new ice cream back in the freezer. Freeze for 2 hrs.
Remove and scoop as normal. Prepare for a burst of yumminess in your belly!
